To open a connection to geeksnet.com,
open the Dial-Up Networking program from the Start menu (it's located
under Programs, then Accessories). Double click on the Geeksnet
Internet icon to open the connection, and click on the Connect
button. If everything is set up correctly, Windows 95 will dial
your modem, login, and establish a network connection.
To close the connection, return to
the Geeksnet Internet connection and click on the Disconnect
button. This will close your connection and disconnect your modem.
You can create a shortcut to your Geeksnet
Dial-up Networking icon and launch your Internet connection from
your desktop. Just drag and drop the icon onto your desktop and
choose "Create Shortcut"
