The following is a Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure prepared in accordance with the Year 2000 Information and Readiness Disclosure Act.

This statement is in response to inquiries regarding the effects that the Year 2000 changeover will have on geeksnet.com. geeksnet.com has undertaken a Year 2000 program and we believe that the move to the next millennium will have little impact upon our business operations.

As part of our Year 2000 program, we have installed hardware and software that is Year 2000 compliant. In addition, we are assessing our existing computer systems and components to identify potential Year 2000 problems and issues. Through our internal assessment, we have already determined that the majority of our systems are ready for the Year 2000. We will continue our assessment and testing and, where appropriate, renovate or replace components so that our mission critical systems will be Year 2000 compliant.

Our Year 2000 program also includes contacting various vendors to confirm that the critical products that we use are Year 2000 ready. In addition, we are asking our service providers to confirm that their operations will continue to run smoothly. In the event that we learn that a service provider will be unable to provide an adequate level of service to us, we plan to make alternative arrangements so that our ability to serve our customers will be unaffected.

In today's complex world, there are many conditions that could be impacted by Year 2000 problems. Nevertheless, we remain confident in our Year 2000 program, and our goal is to avoid any undue disruption of goods or services to our customers before, during and after the Year 2000.
